FPEE

FPEE is one of the leading players in France specialising in the production of PVC and aluminium windows for individual house renovation, also offering a wide catalogue of doors, shutters, gates and fences.

FPEE made-to-measure products are distributed through two networks of exclusive franchisees: 'Art et Fenêtres' and 'OuvertureS' with more than 230 outlets, and through independent designers and specialised builders' merchants.

The group owns nearly 70,000 sq metres of industrial plant, mainly in Brûlon (Le Mans) and reported consolidated revenues of €145m in 2014 with a staff of 560 people.

VALUE CREATION

In February 2010, FPEE completed a build-up investment, Mixal, which expanded the product offering.

THE EXIT

Equistone sold its stake to FPEE’s management in a transaction that allowed them to take a majority position alongside regional PE funds.
