Barclays Private Equity acquires Aerocan Group from NI Partners

The Aerocan group, formally known as Cebal Aérosols, is Europe’s joint leader in the production and sale of aluminium aerosols. These are principally used by the cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.  

In July 2006, N.I. Partners organized the spin-off of Alcan subsidiary Cebal’s aerosol activities, as part of a management buyout. During its partnership with NI Partners, the Aerocan group grew strongly, thanks in large part to a series of investments in new production lines.
